Here’s how to perform Kapalbhati Pranayama:
Comfortably sit (cross-legged position is preferred) and inhale deep.
The next passive/partial inhale will happen automatically due to rapid exhale.

2. Anulom Vilom Pranayama
Anulom Vilom Pranayama, we draw breath from the right nostril, then exhale through the left nostril. Similarly, if you draw breath from the left nostril, then exhale through the right nostril. This Yoga Asana is a must in our immunity increasing Yoga Asanas list.

- Finally, close your right nostril & breathe out from your left nostril.

Naukasana also known as the Boat Pose is a seated Asana in yoga. This yoga posture has been named after the shape it takes – that of a boat. Nauka means Boat and Asana means Posture or Pose.
Here’s how to perform the Naukasana Yoga:
Lie on your back with your feet together and arms beside your body.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale, lift your chest and feet off the ground, stretching your arms towards your feet.
Your eyes, fingers and toes should be in a line.
Feel the tension in your navel area as the abdominal muscles contract.
Keep breathing deeply and easily while maintaining the pose.
As you exhale, come back to the ground slowly and relax.
